in a 4 to 6 quart kettle, bring to a boil sugar and can of milk; boil 12 minutes, stirring constantly. Pour syrup mixture over remaining ingredients. Mix until chocolate chips are melted and blended in, then pour into two [7 1/2 x 12-inch] buttered dishes. Let set at least 5 hours. makes 4 to 5 pounds.
