Nice and spicy!

Ingredients

2 qt. chopped tomatoes
2 c. green pepper, chopped
2. c. onion, chopped
1 jalappeno
1 clove of garlic
1 1/2 tsp. salt
additional hot peppers for extra
hot taste

Directions

Combine tomatoes, green peppers, onion, jalapeno. garlic and salt.
Bring to a boil and let simmer for 1 hr. Makes 3 pints.
