1 pkg. chicken flavored stuffing mix
2 eggs, lightly beatened
6 small boneless,skinless chicken breast, pounded to 1/4 inch thickness
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. milk
1 t. paprika
Combine stuffing mix and 1 cup water in large bowl. Let stand 5 mins. Stir in eggs. Spread stuffing mixture evenly over chicken breast,to within 1/2 inch of outer edges. Roll up the chicken from one short end to enclose stuffing mixture. Place chicken rolls, seam sides down in a 9x13 pan. Mix soup and milk; pour over chicken. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake 400 for 30 mins.. or until chicken is cooked through. Makes 6 servings
