This ia a very good an deasy recipe to make. It is also very verstile and can be made with different kinds of cake mixes.

Ingredients

1 small carton of cool whip. Thawed (any kind or brand)
2 boxes of cake mixes (any kind or brand)
3 eggs beaten
powder surgar (to roll the cookies in before they are cooked)

Directions

put 2 cake mixes in a large bowl wisk and get a
all lumps seperated
add 1 carton of cool whip and mix together
add 3 beaton eggs mix all together till smooth now chill in Fridge for 1 hour
now take out and roll into balls and roll balls into the powder suger and then put onto a parchment paper lined cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for about 12 to 15 minutes.
remove and let cool for about 2 minutes on cookie sheet and then remove to wire rack and finish baking the rest of the cookies makes between 4 and 5 dozen depending on the size you make the balls.
