Baked Fish with Crumb Topping

A fast and easey (20 Minutes Dinner) This is a very old New England Receipe I served this at the local McDonald's house and the Guests loved it

Ingredients

3 pounds of Firm Fish Fillets (cod Haddock Or
Sea Bass)
1 teaspn. Salt
1/8 teaspn. pepper
2 1/2 Cups Italian Style Bread Crumb
1 teaspn Marjoram (crushed)
1/2 teaspn. Garlic Powder
1/2 teaspn. Rosemary (Crumbled)
2 Tblspn. chopped parsley
1/2 Cup of grated Chedder Cheese
1/2 cup Butter (melted)
Butter for baking dish

Directions

1-wash and pat dry fillets
2-Place fish into buttered Baking Pan.
3-Sprinkle with salt and pepper
4-Mix Bread crumbs, Marjjoram, Garlic-
Powder,Rosemary,Parsley,and Cheese
5-Add Melted Butter and Toss togeather
6-Pat Mixture evenly over fish
7-Cover with Plastic Wrap and Refrigerate
8-Remove from Refigerator 1/2 hour beforaking
9-Preheat oven to 350o & Bake uncovered 20
Minutes
Yield 6 Servings
