very good.

Ingredients

1 hard cooked egg, peeled, cut in half
1/4 tsp. Minced onion flakes
1tsp. salad dressing (may0)
salt and pepper to taste
Dash of paprika for garnish

Directions

Separate yolk from white
Mash yolk with a fork until it is a fine texture. Use a cereal bowl.
Add the onion flakes, salad dressing, Salt and pepper. Stir well. You may wish to add more salad dressing depending upon your taste.
Spoon mixture neatly into 2 egg white halves.
Sprinkle lightly with paprika.
