1 hard cooked egg, peeled, cut in half, then cut into cubes
1 tsp. salad dressing(mayo)
Salt and pepper to taste
1 lettuce leaf
2 slice toast or bread
Cut egg into small cubes. Use a small bowl.
Add salad dressing, salt and peppeer.
Toast bread if you wish, arrange egg salad on bread, place lettuce leaf. Cut and serve.
