What to do with all those easter eggs?

Ingredients

6 hard cooked eggs
1/2 c chopped cooked chicken
3 tbs mayo
1 tbs grated onion
1 tsp dijon mustard
1/2 tsp dry mustard
3/4 tsp hot pepper sauce, to taste

Directions

1.) Cut eggs lengthwise in half. Remove yolks; place in a small bowl.
2.) Mash yolks. Add all remaining ingredients & mix. Stuff egg whites with yolk mixture. Cover & refrigerate until ready to serve.
