Second Layer - (Filling)
Beat together one 8 oz pkg.softened cream cheese and one(1) cup confection sugar. Then fold in one (1) cup of whipped topping. (If cheese mixture is too stiff, add 1 tablespoon of mayonaise.) Spread this on the cooled crust.
Third Layer - (Top)
Take 2 small boxes of Pistachio flavored,Instant pudding and two cups plus 2/3 cups of cold milk. Mix together with a wire whip,until mixture begins to set-up. Pour over cheese layer. Refrigerate. When set, spread remainder of Cool Whip whipped topping over third layer. Sprinkle with ground nuts if desired. Refrigerate till serving. Refrigerate left overs . . .if any.
