Ingredients
2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 Tbsp baking powder
1/3 cup butter
1 egg
1 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla
3 1/2 cups fresh or frozen red raspberries, unsweetened
Glaze:
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1 Tbsp cream
1 tsp vanilla
Directions
Mix flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, butter, egg, milk and vanilla. Pour into a 9 x 13" pan. Spread berries evenly over the top. Bake at 350 degrees until done. Cool 5 minutes. Combine powdered sugar, cream, and vanilla to make a glaze. Drizzle the glaze on cake.
