Zoe's Cookies (Dog Treats)

Our Big Chocolate Lab, Zoe, just loves these. Whenever I bake with peanutbutter or cornmeal, she just really thinks that it is for her. They are easy and nutritious.

Ingredients

2 cups whole wheat flour
2/3 cup yellow cornmeal
2 T corn oil
1/3 cup peanutbutter
1/2 cup chicken broth
2 eggs mixed with 1/4 cup milk
1 beaten egg

Directions

combine flour, cornmeal, oil, peanutbutter, broth, and eggs with milk in order. Let set 15 minutes. Roll out to 1/4" thick. Cut into shapes and brush with beaten egg.

Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes till golden.
