1. Mix and sprinkle sugar and cinnamon on bottom or buttered 9 X 9 baking pan.
2. Leaving sterm attached to pears, remove core and peel. Set stern up on top of sugar mixture.
3. Combine the other mixture and pour over pears.
4. Bake (covered with foil) for 25 minutes at 350.
5. Remove pears to serving dish and spoon juices over pears. Top with whipped non0fat dry milk topping if desired.
