Italian Stuffed Mushrooms

Italian Stuffed Mushrooms

Quick and easy to make and delicious.


Mushrooms about 18 large ( large box of white ones)
Onion 1/4 cup chopped
Garlic 3 cloves chopped
Bread crumbs 1/3 cup
Romano grated cheese 3 full Tablespoons
Parsley 1 Tablespoon chopped
Salt & pepper
Olive oil


Wipe off mushrooms with paper towels they should be fairly clean.
Remove stems from mushrooms, and chop up.
In skillet heat oil - Just cover bottom of skillet,
Sauté onions and mushroom stems,
Add garlic after a few minutes. (It burns too fast).
Sauté until light brown.
In a bowl combine bread crumbs, cheese, parsley, Salt & pepper
Add this to skillet and stir to mix all ingredients together.
Mixture should be moist .
Rub a little oil on bottom of mushroom & place on cookie sheet.
Fill mushrooms with bread crumb mixture
Bake 350- degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
Mushrooms will shrink some.
Serve immediately
Oven Time depends on Gas or electric.
