Emerald Isle Dip

The perfect St. Pattys Day dip

Ingredients

2 cups mayonaise
2 cups (16 ounces) sour cream
1 pkg ( 2-1/2 ounces) cookes corned beef, finely chopped
2 tbls. dried minced onion
2 tbls. dried parsley flakes
2 tbls. dill weed, divided
1/2 to 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
1 round unsliced loaf( 1 pound) sourdough or rye bread
Assorted veggies and crackers.





Directions

In a bowl combine mayonaise, sour cream, corned beef, onion, parsley, 1 tbls. dill and seasoned salt. cover and refrigerate over night.
Hollow out loaf, leaving a 1/2 - inch shell.fill with dip and sprinkle with remaining dill. serve with veggies etc.,.
