Family Favorite! Easy to make - great for Breakfast, snake or desert. Travels Well

Ingredients

BEAT TOGETHER 1 CUP SOFT MARGARINE
2 CUPS SUGAR
2 TEASPOONS VANILLA
4 EGGS ONE AT A TIME
ADD
3 CUPS OF FLOUR
2 TEASPOONS BAKING POWDER
1 TEASPOON BAKING SODA
1 TEASPOON SALT
16 OUNCES SOUR CREAM

Directions

BEAT INGREDIENTS UNTIL SMOOTH. GREASE A TUBE PAN AND GENEROUSLY SPRINKLE WITH SUGAR. COMBINE 1/2 CUP BROWN SUGAR 2 TBLS. CINNAMON.
SPOON 1/2 THE BATTER INTO PAN SPRINKLE AND 3/4 CINNAMON MIXTURE ON BATTER. SPOON REST OF BATTER ON TOP AND SPRINKLE ON TOP THE REMAINING BROWN SUGAR CINNAMON MIXTURE AND PRESS IT DOWN SLIGHTLY. BAKE 350º FOR 70 MINUTES OR UNTIL A TOOTHPICK COMES OUT CLEAN. COOL VERY SLIGHTLY REMOVE FROM PAN.
