Quick Chocolate Cookies

if you like chocolate and coconut, you will love these cookies and so easy to make

Ingredients

1 4oz. pkg instant chocolate pudding
1 cup biscuit mix
1/4 cup shortening
1 egg
3 Tbsp. milk
1/2 cup cocoanut
l Tbsp. grated orange rind

Directions

Mix the first 3 ingredients until crumbly, set aside. Mix the remaining ingredients then add the first 3 ingredients. Roll in 1" balls on
ungreased cookie sheet. Press down with sugared fork. Bake in 350' oven for 10 minutes
