1(12-ounce)Nestle Toll House semi-sweet Chocolate chips. 1 (14-ounce) Carnation sweetened condensed milk, 2 tablespoos light-colored corn syrup, 1/4 cup water, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon.
In a heavy, medium saucepan cook and stir chocolate chips over low heat until melted. Stir in the sweeten condensed milk and corn syrup until combined. Gradually stir in 1/4 cup water. Stir in vanilla and cinnamon. If necessary, stir in additional water to make dripping consistency. Serve dip warm, using on cookie and /or fruit as dippers also using on top cookie or desserts.
