Fruit cake very- -very-- easy

If you think fruit cake is hard thing to bake, think-again. This is very easy and fun to do.

Ingredients

2-1/2 cups unsifted floue, 1 teaspoon baking soda, 2 eggs-slighty beaten, 1(27-ounce) jar ready-to-use mincemeat. 1(14-ounce) Carnation sweeten Condensed milk, 2 cups!1 pound) mixed candied fruit, ! cup coarsely chooped nuts

Directions

preheat oven to 300. Grease and flour 10-inch tube or fluted tube pan. Combine flour mixture and baking soda. In large bowl,combine remaining ingredients; blend in flour mixture. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake 1 hour and 45 minutes or until wooden pick inserted near center comes out clean. Cool 15 minutes. Turn out of pan.Cool completely. Garnish as desired.
