Easy Potato Ham Chowder

i fixed this tonight when i didnt want to spend too much time fixing dinner and wanted something warm


1/2 onion chopped fine
1/2 cube margarine or butter
4 c frozen Hashed Brown potatoes
2 c cooked diced Ham
1 can of evaporated milk
1 can of water,
1 can of corn , undrained
onion salt, garlic salt
salt and pepper to taste
to thicken
2 T flour and 1/3 c water


first chop onion and cook in butter or margaring till soft, then add the frozed potatoes, and can of corn and the water, add seasonings, the canned milk and the ham, simmer for 1/2 hour and thicken with flour mixed in a litttle water . thats it
