Coarsely crush Ramen noodle packet then empty out on cookie sheet with almonds.
Toast in 350 degree oven for 4-5 minutes or until mixture turns light brown. (watch carefully so almonds don’t burn). Set aside and let cool. (This step is optional.)

¼ - ½ cup Oil
Pinch of salt
Right before serving: Add noodles/almonds to cabbage. Pour dressing over salad and mix well.
