Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line 10 muffin pan cups with paper liners or grease.
Mix together flour, baking powder, baking soda, nutmeg and cinnamon. Set aside.
With an electric mixer, beat the peeled bananas at moderate speed until mashed, beat in egg, sugar, and oil.
Add the dry ingredients and mix until blended. Then mix in raisins. Fill the muffin cups with batter. Then bake for 20-25 minutes. Makes 10. Enjoy!
