Easy chicken Ruben

Can be baked or made in slow cooker. Just 4 Ingredients.


6 to 8 Boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 cups Sauerkraut DRAINED & RINSED
1 1/4 cups low calorie Russian Dressing
4 slices low fat swiss cheese


Place chicken in baking pan (or crockpot).
cover with Rinsed and drained sauerkraut.
Pour dressing over all.
Cover and Bake at 325 for about 40 minutes, then add cheese and continue baking until cheese is melted.
If using crockpot use low setting for 4 to 6 hours, you may add cheese anytime during cooking process.

Yield aprox 6 servings.
