Easy Mexican. Kids love it.


For pie:
1 1/2 punds ground beef browned
1/3 cup finely chopped onion (1/4 cup sauteed)
1 envelope taco seasoning mix
1 cup milk
1 cup baking mix
2 eggs

For Topping:
sliced tomatos
sour cream
shredded lettuce
1 cup of your favorite shredded cheese.


Brown ground beef until no longer pink then drain. Add taco seasoning mix well. spread mixture into a 10 inch pie plate. Beat milk eggs, and baking mix until smooth.
Pour mixture over beef in pie plate. Bake uncovered in preheated 400 oven for 35 minutes.
Top with tomatos and cheese bake for aprox 5 to 8 minutes more or until cheese is bubbly and melted. Cut into wedges, allow everyone to add
toppings of their choice. makes 6 to 8 servings.
