White Lasagna

White Lasagna

Baked lasagna with a creamy chicken sauce. This great meal freezes well.


8 oz lasagna noodles (cooked as directed on package)
10 3/4 oz can cream of chicken soup
1 cup chicken broth
1/2 tsp salt
8 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonaise
1/3 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
5 cups cubed cooked chicken
1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
1/2 stick melted butter
1 cup cottage cheese


Combine soup, broth and salt stirring until smooth. Set bowl aside.

In a separate bowl, combine cream cheese, cottage cheese, sour cream and mayonaise. Mix until smooth. Stir in onions and parsley. Set aside.

In a 9 x 13" baking dish, alternate layers of cooked noodles, soup mixture, cream cheese mixture and chicken. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used.

Combine bread crumbs and butter. Sprinkle over top of the lasagne.

Bake at 350' for 45-60 minutes, or until heated through.
