TASTY & EASY BANANA AND CHOCOLATE CHIP MUFFINS

VERY TASTY, VERY EASY RECIPE. A GREAT ACTIVITY FOR MOM-DAD-CHILDREN AS WELL AS GRAND-PARENTS TO BAKE. THE DOZEN WILL GO FAST!

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups of FLOUR ( All purpos)
3/4 cup of SUGAR
1 tsp of BAKING POWDER
1 tsp of BAKING SODA
1/2 tsp of SALT
1 large EGG
4 BANANAS ( med to large)with large taste better
1/2 cup of MARGARIN or BUTTER (melt after measuring)
1/2 cup of NESTLÉ CHOCOLATE CHIPS

Directions

Start oven at 375.
Spray or butter muffin pan(12 normal size holes)
Smash bananas into purée then put it aside. Young ones love to peel and smash these using a fork!
Mix together ALL dry ingrediants BUT put aside for last, Nestlé chocolate chips.
Take Smashed bananas, add egg & melted margarin or butter,Mix well then add to dry ingrediants. When well mixed add chocolat chips.
Using a gravy spoon or other kind, fill muffin pan.
Place pan on and in middle of oven.
After 22 or 23 minutes or just golden brown on top, take out muffin pan. When it starts to smell good well thats a good sign!
Let sit on stove top about 5 min then flip over on a wired rack for them to cool off!!
Eat as is or top it with a favorite icing!
You will have to cook more the next day!!! ENJOY!
