this is a chicken casseroles. it is very easy to make. you put everything in one dish and bake. serve with cornbread and glass of ice tea


8 uncooked chicken legs
8 uncooked chicken thigh
1/2 cup slice onion
4 cup any kind of mix frozen vegetable (I used carrots,peas and sweet pototes)
1 cup of water
1 can chicken soup


Heat oven to 350 F. wash chicken; pat dry. Place chicken in a large baking pan. or(3-quart rectangular baking dish)Place slice onion on top of chicken. then put the frozen vegetable on top of chicken and onion. In a bowl mix water and chicken soup. mix well; pour over vegetable and chicken. covered and bake at 350 for 45 then uncovered and bake until chicken is tender and chicken is golden brown and done. serve 4.
