Ingredients
Cake
1/2 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup sour cream
2 eggs
1/4 cup skim milk
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
2 cups cooking apples, peeled and chopped
Topping
2 tbs. butter, melted
1/2 cup backed brown sugar
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 tsp. cinnamon
Directions
Heat oven to 350*. Mix all cake ingredients (except apples) in mixing bowl and beat until smooth. Stir in apples.
Spread batter into a greased 13 x 9 in. pan. Mix all topping ingredients and sprinkle over batter.
Bake for 30 - 35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
