Remove braunschweiger and cream cheese from the refrigerator and let soften a bit at room temp. In the meantime, finely chop the olives and green onions. (Use all of the white, and a good portion of the green of the onions). In a mixing bowl with the paddle attachment, combine all of the ingredients. If you don't have a stand mixer, your hands are the next best thing!
Once thoroughly combined, refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow flavors to mingle. Before serving, remove from refrigerator for at least 10-15 min.
