Brown the meat. Drain off any grease.
Cook the noodles according to the package directions. Add the butter to the hot noodles. Stir to melt. In a crock pot, layer 1/3 of the noodles, cheeses, browned meat and sauce. Repeat for 2 more layers. Cover and cook on low for about 4 to 5 hours. Serve with a green salad.
