This is a dish I received from a Jewish friend of mine. It is served as a tradition on most jewish holidays.

Ingredients

4 ounces wide egg noodles cooked and drained according to directions.
2 beaten eggs
1/4 cup sugar
2 Tablespoons cooking oil
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1 medium peeled and cored apple and diced
1 cup chopped dried apricots
1/4 cup rasins

Directions

In a large mixing bowl combine eggs,sugar and cooking oil and cinnamon;beat well.Stir in apples,apricots and rasins.Toss fruit mixture with the cooked noodles.Place in a greased 1 quart casserole.Cover and bake ,stirring once in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or until a knife comes out clean after being inserted near the center.Serve hot.ENJOY
