Green Chile Egg Salad

This is a great way to get rid of all those left over Easter eggs.

Ingredients

1-4oz can green chiles, drained
4 large hard cooked eggs
1/4-1/2 cup mayonaise
1/4 tsp. hot sauce
4 bagels or English Muffins

Directions

Chop eggs in a food processor or by hand very fine. Mix with remaining ingerdients. Spread over toasted bagels or English Muffins.
