Mix flour, butter and chopped pecans together to make crust. Spread in 9x13 pan (I used glass)as to make pie crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Let cool. Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla with mixer. Fold in 1 carton whipped topping. Layer on top of crust. Let set in frige for 30 minutes. Mix pudding and milk together. Spread on top of cream cheese mixture. Let set in frige for 30 minutes. Then spread the last carton of whipped topping on top of pudding. Top width grated chocolate or/and pecans.
Note: I used lemon one time and used lemon zest to garnish and was great too.
