Brown ground beef in large skillet over medium heat. Meanwhile, flatten rolls on your work surface, extending dough to a 4" circle. When beef is brown, add remaining ingredients and stir to blend. Cool slightly, then, using an ice cream scoop, pile a loose ball of meat onto the dough. Pull up sides to close and pinch to seal. Place seal side down in a greased muffin pan. Continue until all ingredients are used.
Allow to rise 15 minutes, until slightly puffy, then bake at 350 degrees F. until brown, about 15-18 minutes. Cool 5 minutes before serving.
Serves 6-8. Great for potluck suppers!
