Breakfast Pizza Casserole

The kids (and adults) in my family love this one.


1 can refrigerated biscuits
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 lb. sausage (browned)
6 large eggs (scrambled)
1 bag shredded cheese
*optional add-ins
1/2 bag frozen hashbrowns (browned)
1 sm tomato (diced)
1 sm onion (diced)
1 sm green pepper (diced)


Flatten together the biscuits in a 9 x 13 pan. Place in oven at 350 degrees for 6-8 minutes or until slightly firm. This will make your pizza crust. Spread the cream of mushroom soup over the crust. Then layer the sausage, eggs, and shredded cheese. Place in oven another 8-12 minutes on the top rack to melt cheese and heat up cream of mushroom soup. Remove from oven; slice and serve.
