Easy corn casserole for company or anytime.

Ingredients

1 15 oz.can corn (drained)
1 15 oz. can creamed corn
1 8.5 oz. box corn bread mix
1 stick butter (melted)
1 egg
1 cup sour cream (reg, lite or fat free)

Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Spray 9 x 9 baking pan with non-stick spray. Mix all Ingredients in baking pan. Bake 25 to 30 minutes.
