Pizza Casserole

Great for working mothers with children. I use a variation of things for the meat mixture...sometimes black olives or pepperoni. I sometimes leave out the green peppers. Depending on who likes what on their pizza:O)


8 oz elbow Macaroni Noodles (drained)
2 eggs beaten
1 cup Milk
1 1/2 lbs Ground Chuck
1 med Onion chopped
1 med Green Pepper
3/4 cup mushrooms sliced
Garlic salt & Parmesan to taste
1 Jar Pizza sauce
1 large pkg grated Mozzarella cheese


Cook Noodles & drain well. Then add eggs & milk. Mix thoroughly.
Brown Ground Chuck, add onions, peppers, & mushrooms. Add garlic salt & other seasonings to taste. Drain well.
Now add Pizza Sauce.
In a casserole dish, Add 1/2 of NOODLE MIXTURE first, then add 1/2 of MEAT MIXTURE then layer 1/2 of MOZZARELLA CHEESE. Repeat remaining NOODLE MIXTURE, then remaining MEAT MIXTURE, and top off with remaining MOZZARELLA CHEESE. Bake in oven at 350 DEG. until cheese on top is golden or approximately 30 min.
