Directions
1)set aside 4 slices of beef. 2)Allow cream cheese to soften.
3)Chop green onions (our family's preference is to use 1/2 a bunch for a less oniony flavor)
4)Slice remaining beef into bite-size pieces.
5) Mix cream cheese, salt, worchesteshire sauce.
6) Then add onions and bite-size pieces of beef and mix all together.
6) Form into a ball once it is well mixed.
7) Cover ball with remaining slices of cream cheese.
Chill at least one hour and then serve with crackers.
