32 oz. pkg country style hash browns, thawed
1 1/2 lb. ham, cubed
1 medium onion, diced
1 green pepper, diced
1 1/2 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 t. salt
1/2 t. pepper
1/2 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese for top
Spray or grease 6 quart crockpot. Layer half of each in, in order given, hash browns, ham, onion, green pepper, and cheddar cheese. Repeat layers. Beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour over the layers in crockpot. Sprinkle with paprika. Cover and cook on low 8-9 hours. Top with remaining 1/2 cup of cheese and let melt for a few minutes before serving.
