EASIEST AND THE BEST KEY LIME PIE

This recipe uses only 5 ingredients and can be baked, but does not have to be. *Hints- Slice pie---let each person put on their own whipped cream!

Ingredients

1--(14oz.)can Carnation Sweetened Condensed Milk
4 oz.(Bottled)Key Lime juice
4 egg yolks
9" graham cracker pie shell
Can (or 2)of Whipped Cream

Directions

Combine milk and egg yolks on low speed. Slowly add juice and mix till well blended. Pour into pie shell and refrigerate overnight. OR TO BAKE- put pie in 350 degree oven for about 8 minutes. Remove and let cool before serving or refrigerate until ready to serve.

*Note-I sometimes make a second batch of the milk, yolks and lime juice to make the pie more fuller.
