Combine milk and egg yolks on low speed. Slowly add juice and mix till well blended. Pour into pie shell and refrigerate overnight. OR TO BAKE- put pie in 350 degree oven for about 8 minutes. Remove and let cool before serving or refrigerate until ready to serve.
*Note-I sometimes make a second batch of the milk, yolks and lime juice to make the pie more fuller.
