Salsa Deviled Eggs

This is a great twist to the traditional deviled eggs. And real tasty.


8 hard boiled eggs
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheesse
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. salsa
2 green onions. finely chopped, white part only
1 T. sour cream
salt and pepper to taste


Cut eggs in half lengthwise. In a small bowl, mash the yolks well. Stir in rest of the ingredients and fill egg white halves. Chill.
