Heat oven to 450 degrees.
Measure flour, baking powder & salt into a bowl - mix together.
Cut in butter with a pastry blender or fork until thoroughly incorporated.
Stir in milk and lightly mix with fork just until you get a soft pliable dough.
DO NOT over mix or you will have tough biscuits!!!
Place dough on floured board and shape lightly to about 1/2 " thickness.
Cut with a floured biscuit cutter.
Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 10-12 minutes.
Makes about 12 biscuits.
