Break eggs in mixing bowl; stir in one direction till creamy.
Add sugar and stir. You can add vanilla,if desired now.Stir.
Stir in flour gradually.
Roll out between 2 pieces of waxed paper(floured) or between floured pastry sheet until about 1/4-inch thick.
Press out with cookie cutters or doughnut cutter.
Place on lightly buttered cookie sheet; let stand overnight(about 12 hours).
Bake at 325* until lightly browned and hard (about 20 minutes).
