This simple casserole is pure comfort food. It works great for company or just a family dinner at home. The sauce is good spooned over noodles or rice.


8 boneless chicken breasts, cooked
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 8 oz sour cream
1 stick melted butter
1 package Ritz crackers


Lay chicken in casserole dish. Mix soup and sour cream together. Pour over chicken. Crush crackers and mix with melted butter. Sprinkle over chicken. Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes. You can use fewer chicken breasts and adjust to one can of soup if using 4 or less.
