GRANDMA'S POUND CAKE

Growing up in Ohio, everyone came to our house when Grandma made her lucious pound cakes!

Ingredients

5 Large Eggs
1 lb Butter, softened
1 1b Box Confectioners Sugar
3 C Flour, sifted
1 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 tsp Lemon Extract
1 cap Almond Extract

Directions

Preheat oven to 250 degrees.

Mix butter and sugar.

Add eggs one at a time.

Sift together next 3 ingredients and and to mixture.

Add in all extracts.

*Grease and flour bundt pan.
(Bakers Secret Spray is excellent-oil and flour all in one can)

Mixture will be fairly thick.
Put in pan and spread evenly.

Bake for 90 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

Remove from oven and immediately flip onto cake
pan to cool.
