Dissolve 2 pkgs. dry yeast in 2 cups warm water.
STIR IN - 2 Tbls. sugar
2 teasps. salt
3 cups unsifted
Beat at medium speed until smooth, about 2 mins. Scrape beaters. By hand beat in 1 cup unsifted flour. Cover Let rise in warm draft free place, until more than doubled, about 45 minutes.
Stir down, beat vigorously about 1/2 min. Turn into 1 1/2 quart greased casserole dish or bread pan. Bake 375 degrees for 50-55 minutes.
to yeast minture add 2 egg yolks and an additional 1/4 teasp. salt. Bake as above.
