1lb beef, boneless, top loin or sirloin
1/4c. Soy sauce
3 Tbsp. Sugar
2 Tbsp. Sesame oil
1/4 tsp. Pepper
3 Green onions, finely chopped
2 Cloves garlic, finely chopped
Cut beef diagonally across the grain 1/8 inch slices. (hint: I find that if it is partially frozen it slices thinner.) Mix remaining ingredients. Stir in beef until well coated. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes or longer. Drain beef; stir fry 2 to 3 minutes. Serve with rice.
