Banana Bread

This is my grandma's recipe and it's the most moist and flavorful banana bread ever.


1/2 c butter, softened
1 c sugar
2 eggs, beaten
3 bananas, over-ripen and mashed
2 c flour
1 t baking soda
1/4 t salt
1 c sour milk (add 1 T lemon to fresh milk)


Cream butter and sugar together. Add eggs. Mix in bananas. In seperate bowl, sift flour, baking soda and salt. To banana mixture, alternately add the milk and flour mixtures until blended completely.

Grease loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for approximately 1 hour.
