Chunky Vegetable Dip

This dip is great on celery, crackers, or bagels!

Ingredients

2 8 oz. pkgs. cream cheese, room temperature

1/4 cup each of the following:
-diced sweet yellow onion
-diced red bell pepper
-diced water chestnuts
-diced green pepper

1 tsp. Cajun spice (or whatever blend you like)

1 tsp. lime juice

Directions

Add diced vegetables, spice, and lime juice to cream cheese and mix thoroughly. Refrigerate for at least four hours.
