Asparagus Pockets

These delicious appetizers are sure to please all asparagus lovers!


2 store bought pie crusts
1 lb. cooked asparagus, cut into 1" chunks
2 T. honey
2 T. sesame seeds


Cut each pie crust into four sections (like a pie). Place 1-2 heaping tablespoons of asparagus in center of each section, drizzle honey over asparagus, then sprinkle with sesame seeds. Fold each section and press edges with fork to seal. Bake at 375 for 9-12 minutes. Serves 8.
