Ingredients
2 1/4 flour divided
1 cup milk
2 eggs
1 Tablespoon worcestershire sauce
3/4 grounded black pepper
1 cup cornmeal
1/4 teaspoon season all
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper(optional)
1/4 grounded garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper(optional)
1 quart dill pickles sliced, drained
1 pint vegetable oil
dressing of choice
Directions
combined 1/3 cup flour, milk, eggs, worcestershire sauce, black pepper, season all, cayenne pepper.mix well
in a seperate bowl, add remaining flour, cornmeal cayenne pepper. dip drained pickles into milk mixture and dredge in flour mixture
deep fry at 350degree F untill golden brown, about 2 minutes: drain on paper towel.
seaon with salt and pepper according to taste.
